1. Some construction units deceived the owner by passing off the indoor plates as high-quality fluorocarbon plates with anti-aging and corrosion resistance, squeezing unreasonable profits, resulting in serious discoloration and discoloration of the aluminum plates used in the project

4.2 glue opening and falling off of plastic plate. The glue breaking and falling off of aluminum-plastic plate is mainly due to the improper selection of binder. As an ideal binder for outdoor aluminum-plastic panel engineering, silicone adhesive has unique advantages. Now, different brands of silicone adhesives have been put into production in Zhengzhou, Guangdong, Hangzhou and other places in China, resulting in a sharp drop in prices. Now, when buying aluminum-plastic panels, the salesperson will recommend the special quick drying adhesive. This kind of glue can be used indoors. When it is used outdoors with changeable climate, there will be glue opening and falling off of plates

4.3 deformation and bulging of aluminum-plastic plate surface. In any city, it is not difficult to find some unpleasant projects with deformation and bulging of aluminum-plastic plate surface. This phenomenon is also found in small facade decoration projects and large high-rise buildings. In the past, this kind of quality problem occurred in the construction, which we thought was the quality reason of the plate itself; Later, after everyone's concentrated analysis, it was found that the main problem lies in the base plate pasted with aluminum-plastic plate, and the second is the quality problem of aluminum-plastic plate itself. Dealers often provide us with the construction technology of aluminum-plastic board, and the recommended base materials are mainly high-density board, wood board and so on. In fact, when this kind of material is used outdoors, its service life is very fragile, and it will inevitably deform after wind, sun and rain. Since the base material is deformed, is there any reason why the aluminum-plastic plate as the surface layer is not deformed? It can be seen that the ideal outdoor base material should be formed into a skeleton of angle steel and square steel pipe after rust prevention treatment. If conditions permit, it is more ideal to use aluminum profile as the skeleton. The cost of the skeleton made of this kind of metal material is not much higher than that of wood keel and high-density board, which can indeed ensure the quality of the project

4.4 the glue joint of aluminum plastic plate is neat. When aluminum-plastic plates are used to decorate the surface of buildings, there is usually a gap of a certain width between the plates. For the sake of beauty, black sealant is usually filled in the gap. In order to save time, some construction workers do not use paper tape to ensure the tidiness and regularity of gluing, but use the protective film on the surface of aluminum-plastic plate as a substitute. As the protective film will tear to varying degrees when cutting the aluminum-plastic plate, it is impossible to clean up the glue seam neatly by using it as a substitute for the protective tape

5. Through the analysis of some common quality problems encountered in the processing and assembly of aluminum-plastic plate (composite aluminum plate), the solutions and methods are put forward, which will enable the construction personnel to prevent and control the common quality problems of aluminum-plastic plate when processing and installing aluminum-plastic plate
